What are some examples of ethnocultural math? I'd love to find out more and have some activities to use.

One can argue that all notation belongs to some culture, so it's all ethnic. However, people usually talk about very direct ties between particular activity and a distinctive cultural practice when they discuss ethnomathematics. Some better studied examples are tessellating designs of Islamic mosaics (Middle East), and Sona drawings and storytelling (Africa). You can see a big list of ethnomathematics on the web, including student activities, here: http://isgem.rpi.edu/pl/ethnomathematics-web Here is a description of my Math Club activity about Sona, with guest storyteller Carol Cross.
