Video Conference...what about filtering?
What is your solution when all of your video conference ways is filtered for someone?
I'd be grateful if you could correct this question: "What if I don’t have a webcam, or my internet is slow?" to "What if I don’t have a webcam, slow internet connection, or **suggested ways of video conference are filtered in my country?** " and offer a solution, please.

As soon as a way to circumvent government restrictions is described at a public web site, it becomes known to the government agencies, who take counter-measures. In general, to use a blocked service such as Skype, you need to find a freegate proxy not yet blocked. There is a danger: governments start watching people who use such technology. For the purposes of the course, I suggest we try an Elluminate conference room, which should not be blocked. If it does not work, we'll probably have to do a text chat. Let us try and see. [1]:
