I'm excited to get started on tiling puzzles. We do not have the manipulatives blocks yet so we are going to use some other stuff and a compass to make geometrical circles connecting into sacred geometry patterns and utilizes the negative space of Escher's work too with this. The blocks should be here this next week with any luck. Adapted lesson plan idea
Those ornaments look really beautiful - I am sure kids will enjoy it. If you have no pentominoes, you may chose to print out the figures from here and glue them to a construction paper; this way you will have the pieces.
