@Kris, this really depends on your situation and setup. First of all, does your kindergarten teacher have any choice in experiences she offers? Some places control their activities very tightly, and it's not up to teachers to change things. If your teacher does have choices, does she have means such as time and energy? If so, a good way could be to meet and talk. Sometimes, parents can help in classrooms - this can be your opportunity to share open-ended activities with a few kids, and let the teacher observe. How is that school organized will determine your approach. You need to learn what the teacher is about, and what she is doing, before offering any changes...
